1.1. Please inform us about early check-in or late check-out. We will consider your request based on the hotel's availability.
1.2. Late check-in must be agreed with the hotel, otherwise the reservation will be canceled for guests who do not check in by 18:00.
1.3. A non-guaranteed reservation is held until 18:00 on the check-in day.
2.1. If a guest stays in the room after 12:00 (from 12:05 to 16:05), the guest must pay 50% of the total room rate.
2.2. If a guest stays in the room after 16:00, the guest must pay 100% of the total room rate.
3.1. To book a hotel room, send a request on the website or by email to mail@villaanna.lv.
3.2. Phone reservations are not accepted and are not guaranteed.
4.1. A reservation is guaranteed only in case of prepayment, providing credit card details, or mutual agreement.
4.2. To guarantee a reservation with a credit card, we need the card type, number, and expiration date or a payment order (if payment is made by transfer).
4.3. A guaranteed reservation can be canceled free of charge 72 hours / 3 days before the check-in date.
4.4. In case of untimely cancellation or failure to notify the hotel of cancellation, the hotel does not refund the prepayment.
4.5. For reservations guaranteed by credit card, a penalty of 100% of the first night's rate applies for untimely cancellation.
6.1. The hotel allows cats and dogs with prior approval from the hotel administration.
